Minnesota welcomed us -
We did a good dead. This poor guy's saddlebags and backpack got dragged down the road and looked a little worse for the wear. Had a nice conversation - He is from Minot, ND... Remember it was on the national news a week or so ago? The town is totally flooded. He told us Rt. 2 was closed and we might need to find some dirt roads around town. That'll be tomorrow's adventure.
Checked out the headwaters of the Mississippi and generally laughed and played in the road. Mark is so funny. He started waving to all the passing cars and taking their picture... Then we took pictures of ourselves... so much for the mighty Mississippi.
We are in a lovely room with air conditioning and I am completely beat. I'm leaving out wonderful adventures, great food, and silly antics... But as far as I know the WiFi is still working and this will get us ready for the 4th of July! WhoooHoo!
